Kristy L. Stanislawczyk leads our New York City office practicing in numerous federal courts as well as arbitration and mediation forums across the United States. Her focus areas include, but are not limited to the United States EB-5 Program, cryptocurrency, and other investment fraud matters including industry and customer cases.

Kristy previously served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office in the Trials Division where she managed hundreds of cases from intake to disposition . Kristy received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2017 during which time her team placed first and she was individually awarded the Best Overall Advocate in the Quinnipiac Mock Trial Competition. Before law school, Kristy received a dual Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Psychology and Criminal Justice with minors in Education and English from the State University of New York at Albany 2014
